New Century Homes has twice featured in the Daily Mail and on Channel 4 and Sky TV since 2005. We have also had full size replicas of our villas built at the prestigious Daily Mail Ideal Homes Show.

In 2005 and 2006 the Daily Mail searched the Mediterranean region for a property to give away in a reader competition. In particular they wanted a stunning property finished to the very highest of standards, with a swimming pool on a substantial plot with magnificent sea views. New Century Homes built the first two houses as seen here on the left for the paper's 2005 and 2006 ‘Win a Dream Villa' competition, meeting all the criteria required and satisfying one of the UK's leading newspapers in the process. In addition full size replicas of the houses were constructed both in the 2005 and the 2006 Ideal Home Exhibition in Earl's Court London.

Channel 4 made contact with New Century Homes in 2005 as they wanted to feature the company in their 'One Year to Pay Off Your Mortgage' programme. They followed the build and charted the progress of the two families' neighbouring properties from the moment the families chose their plots until completion of their stone villas.

 New Century Homes has also been featured in ‘A Place in the Sun' and on Sky TV.
