Full Emergency Cover Hotline
A Customer Hotline is available to call 24 hours a day in the event of a failure of any service supply - electricity or water in your new home.
Warranties
We provide a 24-month warranty with your new home for fixtures and fittings supplied as standard by New Century Homes. Our Customer Care staff are on-hand to offer you the necessary guidance.
Building Structural Warranty
The Architect is responsible for the structural integrity of your new home for life. All building work is guaranteed by a Civil Engineer with the plans being approved by the Architectural Council.

When you decide it is time to move on we will give you a €1000 voucher towards the purchase of your next New Century Homes property, as a thank-you for your loyalty.
